Achievement to the new ISO 9001:2015 standard represents a key part of their drive and commitment to continuous improvement. The new standard puts emphasis on leadership with a focus on system monitoring and maintenance putting quality and customer service at the top of their priorities.

Polymac are well placed by having the right capabilities to supply both small and large quantities, unlike many larger companies in the packaging industry. They also offer a ‘call off order’ system which enables customers to take advantage of ordering larger quantities, at competitive prices, and calling off over several deliveries. Polymac have offered this service as an option which is more economical than placing weekly or monthly repeat orders.

To further meet their customers’ needs, Polymac transport products in their own vehicles within a 50-mile radius, twice a week.

Polymac are also stockists and suppliers of all general packaging materials and can collect scrap polythene from their customers, which is then baled and sent away to be recycled. In addition, they sell and repair small sealing machines and stock shrink guns and pallet covers.

Added to these services, the company also stocks workwear items such as hi-vis clothing, toe protection footwear, eyewear and headwear. They also have the facility to print company logos on to garments if required.
